Report, 1862 December 1, Falmouth, Va., to Capt. G.W. Wilson.

War-time medical report of proceedings in cases of fraudulent enlistment in the third brigade, in particular those of the 17th Maine Volunteers. Records of seven enlisted men, including their disabilities, are reported and the progress of their discharge is indicated by endorsements. Men are: B.F. Merrill, S.S. Usher, H. Andrews, L. Jackson, Vincent Meserve, R.M. Whitney, and W.H. Shaw.
